Greece - Sachet Packing Machine for Powder

This week, a sachet packing machine for powder are packed and delivered to one of our Greek customers. And we will receive the customer’s feedback soon.

Sachet packing machine, its finial product is the most common in the market, which is widely used to pack granule, powder, liquid, jam in various fields, such as for food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, biochemical, etc. Moreover, the final product can be made into different patterns as per sealing method, that is, four-side sealing, three-side sealing and back sealing sachet (it is also called stick sachet). Now the sachets are not just normal and standard rectangular or square shape, it can be made into many irregular shapes.

For this machine, the square sachet is back sealing and flat cutting with tear line, which can be filled 0-2g powders with width 2cm. Besides, to meet the customer’s production requirements, the machine need to be equipped the other two additional screw rods and one sachet forming mold for forming a bigger sachet to be filled more powder.  

For powder package, it should be pay more attention to solve the powder leakage and sticking. Therefore, the sachet should be enough strong and with excellent sealing quality. Our sachet packing machine can meet the requirement by all means.
