India--GGS-118P5 Liquid Filling and Sealing Machine

Recently, we have been preparing the manufacturing and shipment of a GGS-118P5 liquid filling and sealing machine sold to one of our Indian customers. This time, the machine is applicable to fill perfume. Considering the easy-to-leak feature of perfume, we equip this machine with peristaltic pumps. Actually, we can also equip the machine with piston pump, ceramic pump, self-flowing pump and more depending on the product fluidity and viscosity or other special properties.

For production requirements, the voltage should be higher than the standard voltage (380V), so a transformer need to be equipped as well.

According to the customer’s product design draft, we design and manufacture the corresponding forming mold, sealing mold, etc. to meet the requirements.

As required, every blister can contain 8.7ml perfume if filled fully. Besides the bottle shape, the packing material should have dialysis film on one side according to customer’s requirements. Before delivery, we will purchase the qualified PET/EOE sheet to test our machine to check if everything is OK.

Except blister shape and packing material, there is no other special requirements were made by the customer on machine structures and techniques. We continued to equip the machine with the components of high grade and good quality, and manufactured this machine under the strictest specification.

Now the machine is in shipment via sea transportation. The machine will reach its destination soon and we are looking for the customer’s feedback then.
