1. Working process for honey spoon machine
Spoon feeding - honey filling (temperature preserving hopper) - sealing film feeding - automatic sealing - automatic spoon discharging
1) Spoon feeding part: a. manual spoon feeding; b. automatic spoon feeding: Another spoon feeder is set, and the spoon is firstly fed into the feeder manually and then fed to the machine from the feeder automatically.
2) Filling part: Piston pump is used for honey filling. The filling nozzle is equipped with anti-leak device to prevent material from leaking on the spoon edge and influencing sealing effect. The hopper is equipped with a temperature preserving device for constant honey fluidity.
3) Sealing sheet feeding system: Sealing sheet is sucked, overturned and placed on the spoon.
4) Sealing part: It is made of copper. Good thermal conductivity of copper ensures high sealing effect. The sealing temperature can vary from 0 to 400°C.
5) Spoon discharging system: Spoons are discharged by a suction cup.
2. Machine Composition
1) The machine support and frame are made of channel steel and covered with SS304.
2) The turret and molds are made of acid-resistant stainless aluminium.
Remark: The above systems, parts and specifications can be optimized due to modification of technique and technology.
The optimization will not be further noticed.
Service 3: We will dispatch engineers to your site for machine installation and commissioning, and also do the training for your technicians.
Service 4: We makes guarantee of the machine for 12 (twelve) months. During this Warranty period, the seller will provide free spare parts that cause by the machine’s quality within 10 days by fast courier upon receipt of buyer’s notice.(we will also provide one set of spare parts /wear &tear parts to customer along with the shipment of the machine.
Service 5: We warmly welcome the suggestions from customer to make us grow better and produce better machine along with providing better service to customer, and create more value for customer.
Service 6: Before placing the order or before shipping, welcome to our factory to take a visit to inspect our machine. we will pick you up in the airport or train station and arrange your following schedule in our city to bring you a nice journey during this visit.
