Performance and feature
1.High capacity, high speed, high precision, and advanced motion controller. Stepless frequency conversion speed regulation control. Servo motor control.
2.Human-machine interface. Servo film traction. The replacement of the mould and its length adjustment is convenient and easy to operate.
3.Automatic unwinding, roll film cutting and folding. It has positive and negative pattern alignment function with photoelectric device. As the bottom of the bottle is flat, it can stand. The product is exquisite and beautiful. The use ratio of the packing material is as high as 95%-99%, which has small consumption. The packing cost is not restricted by the product shape, which helps save cost.
4.It adopts electronic peristaltic pump device, which has convenient adjustment and simple cleaning.
High filling accuracy with suction back function without any dripping.
5.The parts contacting with the medicine adopt high quality stainless steel 316L, and the outer cover of the machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which meets with GMP standard.
