Machine application
It is suitable for different kinds of disinfectant fluid, sanitizer ,disinfector ,thimerosal liquid, alcohol sterilizing liquid,hydro alcoholic solution and sodium hypochlorite chloros liquid.The main advantage is that we can fill very small volume to have the mono dose package such as 1ml, 2ml, 3ml, 5ml and 10ml etc. With the stronger awareness of personal sterilization in the public area, the portative in small size package of the sanitizer will be more and more popular in the future. We can take them with us when we take kids outside, travel, wherever when we are outside of home.As it is in small volume and size, so we can take them with us to the airplane. We can decide how many pieces to take with us as per how long we will stay outside.
The filling volume can be adjusted on our machine, and the shape of the bottle can be customized as per the design and requirement of customer.
Machine performance and feature
It adopts PLC control and stepless frequency conversion speed regulation.
The working processes such as unwinding, plastic forming, filling, batch number printing, indentation, punching and cutting are completed automatically by the program.
It adopts human-machine interface device, which has simple operation.
The filling has no dripping, bubbling, and overflowing.
The parts contacting with medicine all adopt high quality stainless steel material, which meets with GMP standard.
The main pneumatic and electrical components adopt imported brand.
It adopts self-control filling system of electronic peristaltic pump and mechanical filling, which have accurate metering with small error.
