Product Description
GD-IY620 sachet packing machine is automatic packaging for all kinds of liquid, powder, granule materials in chemical industry, pharmacy and foodstuff industry. To pack them into irregualr shaped sachets as preferred.
automatic forming irregular shaped sachet , filling, sealing, cutting, weighing, counting, printing date code etc.
Features
1. Pneumatic control for measuring and bag making, easy to operate; less wearing parts in the future, which can reduce the accessories changing.
2. High configuration: Japan Omron PLC controller and colorful touch screen, temperature controller and solid; France Schneider power switch and servo motor; TaiWan AIRTAC pneumatic cylinder.
3. Material: Machine frame and parts contacting with material adopt 304SUS.
4. It adopts photo electricity to position precisely and reserve the completeness of pattern. Machine alarms for photo electric abnormality and stops automatically for cursor abnormality.
5. Intelligent temperature controller to control the sealing temperature in horizontal and vertical directions.
6. Machine box is designed to be more user-friendly, with transparent acrylic protection cover to observe the running status of machine. The box is convenient to open for daily cleaning and maintenance.
7. It's equipped with feeder, which can realize conveying material from low to high, with two limits up and down. It will start feeding automatically for material lacking and stop for full material, which can reduce the manual feeding time.
8. Allowing for your company a wide range of products, this machine is customized with non-standard specification, which is suitable for not only essential water but also latex and cream, one machine multi-purpose.
