1. Application
Automatic liquid packing machine is applied to pack liquid, cream, sauce or the solids in industries of pharmacy, foodstuff, daily chemicals, pesticide, plastic production and special industry. Some products are shampoo, shower gel, cream, fats, greases, cosmetics, pesticides, fertilizers, foliar fertilizers, seasoning oils, chili paste, hot pot base, clear oil, ketchup, etc..
Now it is the ideal machine to fill hand sanitizer, the working process is as following:
Packing film unwinding and cutting--sachet forming--hand sanitizer gel feeding and filling--sachet sealing--bacth No embossing or printing-- final sachet cutting and output onto conveyor

2. Machine features
1) PLC and touch screen to display operation states;
2) Frequency converter drives vertical sealing mechanism for stepless adjustment to packing speed within rated limitations;
3) Servo drives horizontal sealing structure for stepless adjustment to sachet length within rated limitations. The sachet length can be set on touch screen simply and conveniently;
4) Intelligent photo-electrical eye mark positioning and controlling system can position the first sachet. Without interference caused by abnormal eye mark or unqualified packing materials, the machine can operate stably and reliably;
5) Tension compensating function can eliminate the influence of packing material tension change on sachet length. Temperature is controlled intelligently.

4. Requirements on packing materials
1) Food-grade PU adhesive
2) Core: paper core. Its ends should be processed and cannot have crumbs. The inner diameter of material roll should be 76-78mm.
3) Tension: the tension should be moderate. Over-tension will cause product being stretched and lower-tension leads to film slide during operation. The two ends of film roll, when pushed manually outwards, cannot generate wrinkle.
4) COF of composite film: ≥0.3 (outer surface), ≤0.25 (inner surface)
5) Low temperature heat sealing means that reliable heat seal can be processed in pretty low temperature.
6) Heat seal material of good heat viscosity should be used. Otherwise, degumming might lead to unsteady seal and air leak of the package.
7) The diameter of film roll, composite film, composite film roll or alu-PVC composite film should be around 30cm.
8) Anti-static treatment.
9) Thickness: 0.7-0.9mm.
