1. Application
This is a single line sachet packing machine for powder in food, supplement, daily chemical product and pharmaceutical industries, such as pro-biotic powder, talcum powder, coffee powder, tea powder, sugar powder, disinfectant powder ,chlorine powder, soy powder etc.
2. Features
KST-300F is a packing machine with three pair of rollers. It can pack all kinds of powdery materials of good fluidity automatically. The packing sachet can be three-side or four0side sealed. Multiple sets of feeding devices help the machine to pack in double sachets.
This machine consists of a pair of vertical heat sealing roller, a pair of horizontal heat sealing roller and a pair of horizontal cold sealing roller. These rollers are used to seal sachets. The saceht seal texture is checkerboard pattern or flat seal, both with leak-proof line. Piston pump is used as measuring device for non-uniform liquid packing.
Sachet edge can be cut to shape of flat, zigzag or dotted line by cutter. Besides, this machine is also equipped with easy tear device to punch easy tear port for convenient sachet opening.
1) The machine applies PLC for control and HMI to display operation states.
2) Frequency converting motor drives horizontal sealing mechanism to steplessly adjust packing speed within rated range.
3) Horizontal sealing structure is driven by servo so that sachet length can be adjusted steplessly within rated range. The length can be firstly set on touch screen conveniently and easily.
4) Intelligent photoelectric eye mark positioning control system can position the first sachet automatically and remove the influence of interfering signal caused by abnormal eye mark and badly printed packing material. It can besides help the machine to operate stably and reliably.
5) Tension compensation for packing film can eliminate influence of tension change of packing film on sachet length. In addition, the machine also applies intelligent temperature control.

6. Packing film
1) Food-grade PU adhesive.
2) Paper roll core with processed ends for no chip. The inner diameter of film roll should be 76-78mm.
3) The roll tension should be moderate. Large tension will lead to stretch of product and small tension to film sliding. No ripple can be generated when the film is rubbed inwards.
4) Outer coefficient of friction: ≥0.3, inner coefficient of friction: ≤0.25.
5) Low temperature heat sealing refers to that reliable heat seal is got in pretty low temperature.
6) Heat sealing material of good thermal adhesion for no infirm seal or leak.
7) Film roll diameter should be about 30cm.
8) Anti-static processing.
9) Thickness: 0.7-0.9cm.
