1. Application
This packing machine can be used to pack small granules or mixture of granules and powder in many industries, such as foodstuff, medical industry, daily chemicals, tea industry and seed industry. For example, sugar, Cholecalciferol Granule, calcium carbonate granule, vitamin D3 granule.
We can make four-side sealing, three-side sealing and back sealing sachet on the machine, the sachet pattern can be changed by changing mould.
2. Features
KST-300K packing machine can pack small granules of food, medicine, daily chemicals, tea, seed and some other material automatically. It has three pairs of rollers and can seal the package for three side or four side. Equipped feeder can also work for material to be packed in double sachets.
This machine consists of a pair of vertical heat sealing rollers, a pair of horizontal heat sealing rollers and a pair of cold sealing rollers. Texture of vertical sealing can be checkerboard pattern or flat seal, both with leak-proof line. The cutting edge can be flat, zigzag or dotted. This machine can also punch easy-tear port on sachets for convenient sachet opening.
1) Controlled by PLC and displayed on touch screen;
2) Frequency converting motor drives vertical sealing structure for stepless control of packing speed within rated speed;
3) Servo drives horizontal sealing structure for stepless adjustment of sachet length within rated limit. The length can be set on touch screen easily and conveniently;
4) Intelligent photoelectric eye mark positioning and controlling system can position the first sachet automatically, eliminate interfering signals caused by abnormal eye mark or badly printed packing material and make the machine work stably and reliably;
5) Packing film tension compensation function can remove influence of packing film tension change on sachet length. Temperature is also controlled intelligently.

5. Requirements on packing film
1) Food-grade PU adhesive;
2) Paper roll core with processed edge and with inner diameter of 76-78mm;
3) Appropriate tension: excessive tension will lead to tensing of film and loose tension to sliding of film. No ripple can be generated when the film is rubbed inwards.
4) Coefficient of friction (COF): outer COF≥0.3 and inner COF≤0.25.
5) Low temperature heat sealing refers to heat seal in pretty low temperature and get reliable sealing strength.
6) Heat sealing material of good heat adhesion should be selected. Otherwise, degumming will cause infirm sealing or air-leakage.
7) Diameter of roll film, composite film, composite roll film and alu-PVC composite film should be around 30cm.
8) Anti-static processing.
9) Thickness should be 0.7-0.9mm.
