The easy-snap technology can replace the production of any conventional portion pack containers, including small cups, small bottles and tubes, packing content from 0.1ml to 25 ml, with many advantages in term of flexibility and production cost for units.

This packaging method originated from Europe. On the basis of it, engineers of Grand Machinery have optimized and improved it. Finally, a more economical, efficient and high-quality packaging machine was developed (pay tribute to the European engineers who proposed the concept).

Combining the current market demand and our available machinery manufacturing capacity, we, Grand Machinery, develops two kinds of card-type easy-snap forming, filling and sealing machines. Our machines can be more cost-effective than other similar equipment in Europe and America when they have the same functions.

7. Performance and features

1) PLC control and stepless frequency control of speed.

2) Working processes include film unwinding, forming, embossing, heat sealing, filling, tail sealing and punching.

3) Photoelectric pattern registration on a single side and 1-5 lines of characters, including date, coded by an ink-jet printer on the outer side.

4) Peristaltic pump or piston pump for filling volume control with high accuracy and function of anti-leakage.

5) Parts contacting the product is made of SUS316L and the machine cover, made of SUS304, which is GMP compliant.

6) It’s convenient to use this card packing machine. Fold it and the card will be sheared off. Then squeeze the pack and the product will be extruded, for less residue and hence less waste.

8. Main technical specifications

The production capacity of the both types of the machines can multiplies by increasing the number of the filling heads, as well as the sealing and punching molds.
