In the next few days , we will ship a set of GGS-118P2 liquid filling and sealing machine to Bulgaria.

As our sales learned, the customer’ liquid material is stringy but of good fluidity. After we received his inquiry, our sales emailed him some detailed videos and pictures about the machine operation and working. There were a lot discussion between the customer and our sales on all details of the machine, including its filling way, filling volume and even packing material and so on. After the discussion and after watching the videos and pictures, the customer decided to use the precision metering pump for the best liquid filling effect. Normally, we also advise peristaltic pump, rotary pump or piston pump, taking the properties of material into account. For example, if the liquid material is of bad fluidity, such as some cream or paste, it is suitable to use either rotary pump or piston pump. In this case, peristaltic pump is impossible to serve good filling effect. Also,we once sold a GGS-240P5 plastic ampoule liquid filling and sealing machine to Russia. The Russia customer uses the machine to pack disinfectant, which might foam during filling. However, the foams will influence the filling accuracy. To keep the high filling accuracy, it’s unfeasible to use the above exemplified pumps. Therefore, for the best filling effect, we switch to use gravity filling valve, which can control the filling volume and effectively improve filling accuracy for the foamable liquid.

Turn back to our Bulgarian customer. He also wants to pack liquid in different volume. To satisfy this need, our technician designed four sets of molds. Besides, the machine is driven by servo motor. Therefore, during practical production, the machine operator can change and adjust the mold quickly and conveniently to make the machine form 10ml, 30ml, 60ml, and 100ml plastic bottles and then packing the liquid into these bottles.

Except the machine, the customer also asked for some packing material additionally. After knowing his demand, we outsourced the suitable packing film for him at the best price.

 Now both the machine and the packing material are ready for shipment. Several weeks later, the goods will arrive in Bulgaria and serve our customer well with its high-quality and stable production.
