Russia-Molds for mono dose Liquid Filling and Sealing Machine

Mono dose plastic bottle liquid forming filling and sealing machine is always popular in fields such as pharmaceutical industry, foodstuff, health care products, pesticide, cosmetics and so on. With its so wide application, liquid filling and sealing machine sells well on the market. And recently, we have received three orders from our regular Russian  customers almost at the same time. In order to develop new products, they didn’t request on the machine but on the molds for the liquid and sealing machine that they once bought from us.

As the machine has wide application, our customers have different liquid to pack, namely, e-cigarette oil, olive oil and some liquid that can foam while flowing. For these different liquid material, we designed special filling station, especially for the the foamable liquid. Since the liquid foam can influence metering accuracy, common pumps such as peristaltic pump, piston pump or high-precision metering pump are not feasible. Therefore, we set a gravity filling device at the station. The device enables the liquid to be filled under the function of gravity so that influence of foams on accuracy can be greatly weakened. Besides, at the beginning of machine manufacturing, our engineer also drafted the diagram of the plastic bottles and the bottle forming molds. For the customer who wants to produce products in different shapes, we can correspondingly design the bottle shape and manufacture the molds. In the practical production, these molds can be changed and adjusted simply and conveniently referring to our user’s manual and the practical operation videos.

In fact, demand on machine molds can be as frequent as the demand on machines. The liquid filling and sealing machine is fixed while its molds can be changed when the producers have new ideas for their products, such as changing the plastic bottle shape or capacity within the acceptable range, or simply when the producers want another same set of mold for backup.

Machine production is a process in which several factors play their role together. Among the factors, mold quality and serviceability are not so eye-catchy. But the molds of good quality and long service life can improve the production undoubtedly.
