Machine Brief
Easy-snap is a single-serve packet that opens itself when you fold it in half. Easy-snap is a new way to open packs. You do not have to tear, to peel or to unscrew caps, Easy-snap opens and dispenses products with only one hand, simply by folding the pack in half. When you fold an Easy-snap in half the applied pressure gradually opens a special slit dispensing the product inside. The slit is mechanically made in a patent multilayer semi-rigid foil, while a barrier keeps the product integrity.
Easy-snap can be used to pack any liquid and semi-liquid product. Condiments like salad dressings, beverages like energy drinks or medicines, flavourings as syrup and even as an applicator for creams, lotions and soap gel. Easy-snap makes easier the way of consumption of anything you can drink, seasoning, mix and spread.
Performance and feature
1.It adopts PLC control and stepless frequency conversion speed regulation.
2.The working processes such as unwinding, plastic forming, filling, batch number printing, indentation, punching and cutting are completed automatically by the program.
3.It adopts human-machine interface device, which has simple operation.
4.The filling has no dripping, bubbling, and overflowing.
5.The parts contacting with medicine all adopt high quality stainless steel material, which meets with GMP standard.
6.The main penumatic and electrical components adopt imported brand.
7.It adopts self-control filling system of electronic peristaltic pump and mechanical filling, which have accurate metering with small error.

Service 3: We will dispatch engineers to your site for machine installation and commissioning, and also do the training for your technicians.
Service 4: We makes guarantee of the machine for 12 (twelve) months. During this Warranty period, the seller will provide free spare parts that cause by the machine’s quality within 10 days by fast courier upon receipt of buyer’s notice.(we will also provide one set of spare parts /wear &tear parts to customer along with the shipment of the machine.
Service 5: We warmly welcome the suggestions from customer to make us grow better and produce better machine along with providing better service to customer, and create more value for customer.
Service 6: Before placing the order or before shipping, welcome to our factory to take a visit to inspect our machine. we will pick you up in the airport or train station and arrange your following schedule in our city to bring you a nice journey during this visit.
