Turkey-Mould of mono dose Liquid Filling and Sealing Machine

We once exported a set of aroma liquid mono dose filling and sealing machine( some customer also call it mono dose capsule liquid filling and sealing machine)to Turkey last year. Some good news is that the machine is very satisfying and not long ago our clients ordered another four sets of molds of the machine for their newly-produced products. And now the molds are manufactured and scheduled to be transported next week.

These four sets of molds are prepared to pack their new products, including aroma liquid, soap liquid and volatile essential oil, into mono dose plastic bottles of different shapes and volumes. Let’s see one bottle shape for reference.

We still remember last year when we exported this machine to customer, besides the CE certificate, they also requires the EC declaration of conformity. This is new regulation from Turkey government since we exported several machines to Turkey before, but this is the first time for such requirement. We respect the request from customer and we turn to different organizations and revise again and again, finally all the documents are well prepared and machine custom clearance are very smooth and successful at customer site.

When customer purchase machines from China, the biggest concern is that, How to install and operate the machine? At that time, our clients chose to install and debug the machine by themselves and we provided remote assistance. There is 6-hour time difference between Turkey and China. When it’s time to get off work in Turkey, if they get off work at 17:30, we are ready to go to bed in China. However, for their correct installation and debugging, they worked overtime and we stayed up to midnight and answered their questions about installation and operation. Besides, we also offered some videos to them, which assisted them to test and install the machine.

All clients want reliable products from reliable suppliers. For our Turkish clients, we are definitely the reliable supplier. Therefore, except the machine and its molds, they also bought 2 tons of PET/EOE packing film from us. The film is high-resistant and can prevent most liquid materials from ventilating or leaking. And now another 10 tons of transparent PET/EOE are being produced for them.
