Turkey - Plastic ampoule Liquid Filling and Sealing Machine

We are ready to ship a plastic ampoule liquid filling and sealing machine to Turkey next week. Now the machine has been packed and are on the way to the warehouse in Ningbo city, Zhejiang province.

Mono dose plastic ampoule liquid filling and sealing machine is always the hot product of us and is favored especially by buyers from EU, Morocco, Russia, Saudi Arabia and so on. Recently, most of our liquid filling and sealing machine are exported to Turkey. Our different Turk customers use this series of machine with different specifications to pack olive oil, pesticide, herbicide, shampoo, hair conditioner, honey, probiotic beverage and so on. Some of these material are thick and some are thin. Normally, we can changed the filling pump for different material depending on their viscosity. The pumps we always equip on the machine include peristaltic pump, piston pump and rotary pump.

And this time, the customer wants a GGS-240 P5 mono dose capsule bottle filling machine to pack various kinds of materials which have the same feature: being viscous. Shampoo, hair conditioner, honey, herbal oil and cream are all their target material. For the target materials are all somewhat viscous, the machine is equipped with rotary pumps.

Besides, the machine has two sets of molds. They are of different shapes. As the customer wants, they can pack material in bottles with either shape randomly so that their products can be more attractive. For example, they might pack material in bottle A and sometimes pack the same material in Bottle B as the mold is changed. For their easy operation, we also shoot video to teach them how to change molds conveniently.
