Tunisia - Liquid Filling and Sealing Machine (I)

At the end of this May, we are going to ship nine sets of machines to Tunisia. They are liquid filling and sealing machine, two labeling machines, capsule filling machine, capsule polishing and sorting machine, dust collector, blister packing machine, cartoning machine and industrial chiller.

The liquid filling and sealing machine is used to pack syrup. In fact, there is already another glass bottle filling and capping machine in the Tunisian user’s factory, also used to pack syrup. With these two machines, the customer can pack syrup in different specification to meet different requirements of their target customers and the market. For example, the plastic bottles with small size can be carried conveniently. And the customers can take certain pieces of syrup without excessive or less drinking. But glass bottles also have their own advantages, such as strong resistance to acid, moisture and air, anti-leak with hygienic cover and seal ring and so on.

Therefore, this Tunisian customer purchased two sets of labeling machines from us, one to label plastic bottles and the other to label glass bottles. These two labeling machines can directly link with the plastic-bottle liquid filling and sealing machine and glass bottle filling and capping machine respectively so that products can be transferred by conveying belts automatically to largely save labor cost.
