Europe-Liquid Filling and Sealing Machine

Last week we delivered a GGS-240 P5 liquid filling and sealing machine to Europe by air. It will be used by the customer to pack liquid condiments after installation and debugging.

In fact, this machine is pretty ordinary among all the liquid filling and sealing machines we have sold to Western Europe. It is equipped with peristaltic pumps since the material, the liquid sauce is of good fluidity. But we can also equip liquid filling and sealing machines with piston pump or rotary pump, just depending on the fluidity of the material. Besides, this machine is for liquid’s filling in single-dose plastic bottles. But other liquid filling and sealing machines can also be manufactured to pack liquid in multi-dose plastic bottles, if the customer needs.

Customer designed a special and unique mono dose bottle shape for their product, as it is newly developed so can only public it later after customer launch it on the market. So if you have any sparking new idea for the bottle design, we can realize it for you by making the mould.

 Mono dose package for condiments, such as vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise etc are getting more and more popular.Nowadays, many Greece and Europe customer inquired us for the ketchup mono dose capsule packing machine, mayonnaise mono dose bottle packing machine, argan or olive oil mono dosage packing machine, normally at 10ml, 12ml and 14ml.
