Russia--Fertilizer Powder Horizonta Sachet Packing Machine

We finally finished the production ,updating and delivery of our horizontal sachet packing machine for fertilizer powder and granule.

We joined the 2023 Russia Rosupack exhibition and our plastic bottle forming filling sealing machine for liquid fertilizer attached the attention of customer.Later during our further discussion, customer sent us inquiry for horizontal sachet packing machine both for powder and granule. Customer already had a similar machine from Europe, so they raised up their requirements based on the standard of European machine, which include the following:
1- On line printing

2- On line labeling

3- Dynamic sachet width and bag exchange

4- Sealing pattern exchange between three-side sealing and four-side sealing

5- On-line weight detection and rejection

6- Robot hand sachet fetching and placing

For powder, as it is the common sense that the feeder is auger type. Customer’s powder, because of its special feature, they require to install a volumetric cup feeder. We designed the volumetric cup feeder for customer. After machine is finished, customer came to our factory for inspection.They are satisfied with our machine running and performance, but they also raise up many points to update for the volumetric cup because they met up with problems for their old European machine, including brush cleaning, air blow , vibrating in the hopper.

It took us around one month to produce the machine, but it also takes us 15 days to modify and update the machine details as per the demand of customer. The key point is for the dust proof, intellectual synchronization and volumetric cup feeder.

For sachet packing machine to powder,the powder dust flying is always the hard nut for customer. To solve this problem and reduce the dust flying as much as possible, we equipped a stronger dust collector for the main machine, and did the dust-proof treatment for the electrical cabinet. Meanwhile, the machine is separated into different area to prevent the powder flying into the forming part from the filling station.

After all are finished, I am proud of ourselves for this machine. Our Chinese machine and Chinese factory, we are glad to do the modification and updating for customer, because in our belief, customer’s demand is always the first priority. We will take time and do the best to solve any hard nut problem for them. That’s also what encourage customer to choose us and trust us.
