Indonesian Customer Order 5 Wet Wipe Packing Machine

In June this year, the Indonesian customer purchased one wet wipes packing machine VPD250 from us. Last month, he ordered 5 wet wipes packing machines at one time! These five machines will be shipped recently and not a long time the customer will enlarge his production with the five machines.

Wet wipe packing machine is actually a combination of sachet packing machine and filling machine. The machine is mainly composed of automatic encoder, PLC, sachet making system, vibrating system, dust cleaning system, solenoid valve, thermometer, vacuum generator, pump, frequency converter, discharging system and other standard parts.

The machine also consists of some optional configurations, including material metering and detecting filling machine, operation table, sorting scale, material lifting machine, material feeder, product conveying lifting machine and metal detector. The horizontal filling machine is light and handy. The material can be pumped automatically. And some viscose paste material can be filled with hopper. In addition, an anti-leaking system can prevent material from leaking.
