Transmission mechanism NJP-2500C filling station sheave adopts "inward concave cam" straight up and down motion to replace the traditional "lever" transmission structure, which strengthens filling efforts for powders with large specific gravity. 3. Locking station locking station bracket is make of a single piece of aluminum plate of numerical control machining, the upper locking device is adjustable, and the front ramp can be used to make the capsule ready to be locked fall in advance toavoid cutting cap and cap flying existing in the old locking device. The locking cleaning block is installed on the bracket, which is used to remove dust between the upper and lower molds while locking. | |

4. Mold cleaning NJP-2500C adds a mold cleaning and blowing structure. The upper and lower molds just placed above the cleaning device when they are drove by the main working plate and stopped at the cleaning station. At this time, compressed air is turned on and blew out the powder, crushed capsule and other pollutants in the mold holes from the bottom of the lower mold, and the dust collection system installed above the mold hole sucks these pollutants into the vacuum cleaner. It solves the problem of powder aggradation in mold plane and cavity due to strong viscosity during production, resolves capsules difficult to open, greatly improves capsule probability. | |

6. Turntable NJP-2500C adopts a new turntable, its lower mold is changed from original single-axis linear motion to dual-axis linear motion. The equipped silicone sealing ring reduces the situation that the material powder is brought into the turntable due to back and forth stretching of the moving shaft. 7. Feeding mechanism NJP-2500C newly designed powder feeding mechanism is equipped with double section feeding hopper with quick clamp, simple structure, stable operation and easy to disassemble. As for the old hopper, if need to be disassembled to clean, it need to be loosen the handwheel on the supporting column, the hopper must mostly extend out of the upper plexiglass under the long pressure spring in the column to stretch. And when installing, the pressure spring needs to be squeezed to the bottom manually to tighten the handwheel, which is hard to operate. | |
