Overview
NJP-800 automatic capsule filling machine operates intermittently and fills capsules with a metering plate of holes. The machine is bettered and designed, considering features of Chinese medicine and requirements of GMP. As a result, the machine is characterized by compact structure, small size, low noise, accurate filling, perfect functions and stable operation. Meanwhile, it can feed, separate, fill and lock capsules, clean wastes, discharge end products and clean molds synchronously.
Main features
1. The inner turntable is newly designed and improved. Japanese original linear bearings are used to improve the equipment accuracy and service life.
2. The cam is installed at the bottom to increase pressure atomizing oil pump, reduce wear and lengthen the service life of all parts.
3. The column and the chassis are integrated. Therefore, the filling base is not easy to displace for more stable and accurate material filling.
4. The lower plane of dosing tray is the benchmark for three-dimensional adjustment and uniform gaps. Thus, the filling quantity difference can be effectively reduced and the machine can be cleaned conveniently.
5. The machine has perfect functions since it is equipped with HMI. When material or capsules are lack or material channel is faulty, the machine will alarm and stop automatically. Besides, it can display the counting value of every capsules and the cumulative output.
