NJP-200 automatic capsule filling machine is a substitute of the semi-automatic capsule filling machine. It can be applied in hospitals, medical research institutes, laboratories, colleges and universities, small pharmaceutical factories and health care plants and is therefore deeply favored by clients.

Main Features
1. The equipment is of small volume, low energy consumption, easy operation and cleaning.
2. The equipment is standardized and parts are interchangeable for easy and convenient mold change.
3. The cam is designed at the bottom to increase pressure atomizing oil pump, keep the cam groove lubricated, reduce wear and prolong the service life of parts.
4. High-accuracy indexer is applied for small vibration and operation noise lower than 80db. Thus, with the vacuum locating device, the capsule probability can reach 99.9%.
5. The lower plane of dosing tray is applied as the benchmark for three-dimensional adjustment, uniform gap, narrow filling quantity distribution and convenient cleaning.
6. The machine has HMI and perfect functions. When material or capsules are lack or material channel is faulty, the machine will alarm and stop automatically. Besides, it can display the value of capsule metering and cumulative output counting.
