Application
It is the four-side sealing single sachet alcohol pad wet tissue packing machine, the working process are as following: non woven tissue unrolling and folding, packing film folding and sachet forming, tissue inserting, solution liquid filling, sachet sealing , final sachet output and delivery on conveyor and counting.
It is suitable for producing sterilizing alcohol pad,nail polishing tissue, lens cleaning wipes, wet towel, wet cleaning wipes, moist wipes, airline cleaning tissue, hand cleaner, nipple wipes, nonoxinol pellicles tissue, refreshing towel, lens wet wipe, cotton wipes, 70% isopropyl alcohol towel, disinfectant wipes, antibacterial wipes ,female care wipes, makeup wipes, medical disinfectant wipes, isopropyl alcohol wet wipes, lenses clean wet wipes, computer clean wipes, shoes clean wet wipes, aviation wet wipes, catering wipes etc.

Product Description
VPD250 automatically horizontal four sides sealing wet wipes packaging machine is the new generation of packaging machines developed by our technical staff as the requirement of majority of domestic and foreign customers. The whole machine adopts light, electric and gas integrated design, advanced technology, the international advanced paper, non-woven packaging equipment.
Features
1)VPD250 has strong continuity and stability, which make it the most suitable machine to pack wipes, alcohol pads or cotton pads in four-side sealed sachets;
2)Sachets can be single or double sequence. For example, sachets for alcohol pads can be four-sequence at most;
3)Packing film folding is corrected photoelectrically for no blank edge and small waste error;
4)Wipes can be folded in different ways. It can be vertically and horizontally folded for 10 and 4 times respectively at most.
5)Advanced measuring pump is available for liquid packaging and accurate liquid volume control (i.e., the filling error is about 0.01ml/time);
6)Sachets are sealed twice to avoid liquid leak;
7)With servo motor, PLC and HMI, the machine can be controlled in temperature, speed and wipe length easily. Its integration of photo, electrical and pneumatic enables it to alarm errors automatically and give a safety control order;
8)The machine body is made of stainless steel and is beautiful and durable. Besides, the machine features with low electricity and air consumption, simple cleaning and much lower operation and maintenance cost;
9)An air-tight cover allows lower pollution and noise;
10)Sealing molds are made of alu alloy. They are heat-resistant.
