4.Main features
1)Packing film tension is controlled mechanically;
2)Two labeling machines are equipped, one for main mark labeling and the other for counterfeit mark labeling;
3)Packing film is automatically windowed;
4)Heat date coding equipment;
5)Reciprocating horizontal sealing device with mechanical gusset-inserting device);
6)Eight shaft servo motor controls film feeding, horizontal sealing, opening, labeling, shifting fork, material feeding, etc..
7)Position of sachet packing, window, label and eye mark can be set on touch screen;
8)Automatic material feeding device; when actual packing film length is not as set, the shifting fork in the device will not push wet tissue but operate again after the length is correct. Therefore, wipe waste caused by manually film connecting or printing errors can be mostly avoided. (Label alignment is not needed when film is connected manually. The same film can be connected casually without influence on machine operation)
9)Horizontal sealing system is equipped with shutdown protection functions for overload torque and material being pressed during horizontal sealing.

a.The control system applies MECHATROLINK system for multi-axial and high-speed motion;
b.The latest motion controller of Yaskawa is used for a high-speed scanning cycle of only 0.5ms, quick data processing and high-speed and accuracy control;

2.Features
1)Delta’s SCARA robot is applied. It is widely used in products of computer, communication and consumer electronic (3C). With advanced speed, accuracy, linearity and verticality, the robot can take, glue and stick lids on wipe packages quickly and accurately.
2)E-visual system: Delta’s DMV2000 e-visual system is adopted. As a new generation of human-friendly operation panel, it can build a visual detecting system quickly. Applied CameraLINK interface camera can achieve high speed processing. Inner-set PLC communication connection can also change data automatically. With them, displayed interface and operation panel during machine working can be customized for simple and convenient operation.
3)Touch screen: It is a 7-inch screen. Parameters of lid taking position, gluing position, glue spraying shape (rectangle, track, or oval), compensation of lid sticking, etc. can all be adjusted on touch screen.
4)Visual light source: Industrial LED source is applied, which is more reliable than residential light source. Decay time is extended, light source doesn’t strobe and accuracy is improved.
5)Monitor: 15-inch industrial monitor, which is more suitable for production workshop.
