Slovenia - NJP2500C Powder Capsule Filling Machine

At the end of 2023, we finished to manufacture an new automatic capsule filler NJP-2500C which will be shipped to Slovenia this weekend. The Slovenian customer is one of our old friends, who has purchased one automatic powder encapsulation machine NJP-1200 in the year of 2020.

There are three common medicine forms: granules, capsules and tablets. Granules can be taken by dissolving in water, capsules and tablets can be directly swallowed. For the former form, the medicine material is granulated directly by wet granulator, dry granulator, fluid-bed granulator and so on. For the latter two forms, the mixture of different kinds of raw material should be processed into granule and then be filled into the hard gelatin capsule on capsule filler machine, or be pressed into tablet on tablet presser. The semi automatic machine has a lower requirement for the raw material, that is to say, if the raw material are not processed into granule, even in fine powder , it is feasible to be filled into capsule on the semi automatic capsule filler.

Different end users have different understand of identification to powder and granule, so before chooseing the capsule filler machine, we will always request customer to send us video of their powder or granule to confirm.

The Slovenian customer’s capsule filling machine is used to fill powder and produce capsule in a high efficiency. As a high-tech machine, it can sort empty capsules, separate them, fill powdery material, detect finished products and reject the unqualified automatically. After capsule discharging, it will enter the next process: capsule polishing and sorting, which is implementing in the other machine that our Slovenian customer ordered this time together, capsule polishing and sorting machine, JFP-110A. Besides, we add the QVC-1 vacuum feeder for the capsule filler to save labor cost and reduce the powder feeding time to ensure the continuous working of the encapsulation machine.

There is one humane function equipped on this NJP 2500 capsule filling machine, that is the remote control to start , operate and stop the machine from cellphone, with only condition that there is WIFI signal in the plant. This is especially necessary and useful for some product which is potentially dangerous for the operator, which can limit the exposure at the same time.
