Turkey - Tube Filling And Sealing Machine

This week, we delivered an automatic liquid filling and sealing machine and a tube filling and sealing machine and the equipped chillers to one of our Turkish customers.

Tube filling and sealing machine is widely used in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, daily chemical and other industries. Common products include ointment, sunscreen cream, toothpaste, hand cream, shoe polish, mustard and jam, etc. These products can also be divided into three types: products packed in plastic tubes, products packed in metal tubes and products packed in plastic/alu tubes. And our Turkish customer wants the machine to pack pesticides in plastic tube only.

This tube filling and sealing machine contains filling, sealing, batch number embossing, punching and discharging automatically. After the tubes are inserted into the tube holder, the sensor can detect the eye marks on the tubes and the signal is transmitted to the following stations. Then the filling station, sealing station, embossing station, punching station and discharging station will start to work synchronously and finish product filling and packing.

The machine is also equipped with stirring device, water circulation heating box mezzanine barrel and level controller and plunger type pump into barrels.

All in all, the tube filling and sealing machine has its advantages of firm structure, quick installation and removal, wide application, stable seal effect and so on. And the machine is favored by more and more our customers over the world.
