Tunisia - GDS-118P5 Liquid Filling And Sealing Machine

Recently, we have been preparing the manufacturing and shipment of a GGS-118P5 liquid form fill seal packing machine sold to one of our old Tunisian customers, who has purchased the same machine in 2020. The machine features good performance and simple operation, so the customer purchased again for expanding production for pharmaceutical.

The plastic bottle filling and sealing machine also becomes a hot and polular choice selected by more and more our customers for liquid packaging, such as pesticide, cosmetic (essential oil, lotion, cream), food (honey, jam, olive oil), chemical, etc. Our Tunisian customer purchase the liquid vial forming filling machine for packing their pharmaceutical liquid. Considering the easy-to-leak feature of this liquid, we equip this machine with 5 peristaltic pumps. Actually, we can also equip the machine with piston pump, ceramic pump, self-flowing pump and more depending on the product fluidity and viscosity or other special properties.

According to the customer’s product design draft, we design and manufacture the corresponding forming mold, sealing mold, etc. to meet the requirements. Moreover, every ampoule can contain 10ml liquid if filled fully. Except blister shape and packing material, we also equip the machine with components of high grade and good quality, and manufactured this machine under the GMP requirements.

For pharmaceutical liquid filling on the plastic ampoule forming filling sealing machine, it is normally for oral liquid. In China, such kind of package is very common for filling Zinc calcium gluconate oral solution as following sample . 

The product name can be engraved on the plastic surface or we can add a label sticked on the ampule surface . It means we can connect our ampoule vial bottle thermoforming filling and sealing machine with the labeling machine to be an automatic production line.
