Russia - Blister Card Packing Machine

In the last month of 2023, we have an order of blister card packing machine  from Russia. It is used for packing silicon glue tube with a tapered lid.We designed and manufactured the PET paper card packing machine according to the drawings and tested the paper plastic blister packaging machine with the received tube samples posted by the Russian customer. This plastic thermoforming machine is used for packing 4 different sealants and adhesives tubes, so we need design and manufacture additional 3 molds accordingly (the blister packaging machine paper and plastic is equipped with one mold already). Every mold has been tested for at least 30min, to make sure that the paper plastic packing machine meets all the customer’s requirements. Besides, the packing plastic is PET, so the cutter need to be especially for PET cutting. And now the machine is in shipment and will be arrived in Russian in the next month.

Firstly, the PET sheet forms blister under the forming mechanism, then finished blisters are discharged into the turntable for parking aluminum tubes with paper cards together. The heat sealing station makes the finished product seal durably and stably for high efficient and stable production. Paper cards are held and stored in card magazine. What’s more, the packing machine for PET/PVC blister with paper card adopts an automatic shutdown device, which automatically stops working and alarms if the operation fails, which greatly reduces maintenance costs and protects the plastic blister card heat sealing machine.
