In January 2026, we partnered with a Malaysian company, P, to develop a custom Automatic condom packaging machine. Moving away from the industry-standard square or round sachets and blister packs, the client requested a unique long rectangular sachet format. They also required a significantly higher lubricant or hyaluronic acid fill—1 to 2 times more than conventional products—along with several other personalized technical and functional features. What seemed like basic packaging requests actually demanded a high level of customization and adaptability from the equipment.


Leveraging our years of experience in the packaging machinery field and our proven ability to design tailored solutions, we quickly grasped the client's core needs. We successfully tackled the technical challenges to create a solution that fit their production requirements perfectly. The result was the successful development and production planning of a custom single-lane machine designed specifically for long rectangular condom sachets.

Through customized mechanical adjustments, we fundamentally solved the problems of packaging compatibility, secure containment, and leak prevention associated with such a high liquid volume. This met the client's production goals while ensuring the quality of the finished product and the smoothness of the production process.


Simultaneously, to handle the rectangular sachet requirement, we precisely calibrated the machine's forming and cutting modules. This ensured the sachets met the client's design specifications perfectly, with cut quality suitable for their needs, allowing the round condoms to be packaged neatly in the long rectangular format.


Comprehensive Customization: From Base to Finishing Touches

Throughout the customization process, we strictly adhered to the technical specifications confirmed with the client, covering everything from the basic configuration to the finer functional details:

• Voltage and Structure: The machine is built for the local Malaysian standard of single-phase 220V, 50Hz. Its single-lane design is perfectly synchronized with the packaging rhythm for long rectangular sachets.

• Ease of Operation: We equipped it with a manual loading plate, stacking plate, and single-lane conveyor track. This creates an efficient link between manual feeding and automated conveying, simplifying the operator's task and boosting productivity.

• Production Assistance: A specialized drip tray for lubricant was added to collect any drips during production. This keeps the work area clean and prevents waste of the valuable lubricant.

• Operational Stability: An adjustable, movable limit stop was added to the machine frame. This prevents the machine from shifting during operation, ensuring long-term, stable performance. Following the client's request, we also simplified the cooling system, leaving only the necessary air connections to better suit their specific environment.


Future-Ready: Built for Expansion

Understanding the client's potential future needs for production expansion, we incorporated hardware provisions into the design. We reserved a dedicated space and signal interface for a well-known brand of inkjet printer, along with the necessary wiring. This means the client can easily add product coding and traceability features in the future without major machine modifications, supporting their brand development and production upgrades.


Furthermore, thinking about their ongoing maintenance, we included a set of common spare parts and consumables with the machine, giving the client peace of mind for future upkeep.


Transparent Delivery: Ensuring a Smooth Handover

To guarantee a successful project delivery, we established strict production and acceptance standards with a clear 40-day lead time, ensuring timely delivery of a high-quality machine. Upon completion of production and testing, we will provide the client with a full video of the machine in operation, along with high-resolution photos of the machine logo, each work station, the electrical cabinet, the overall machine, and samples of the finished product.


Throughout the shipping preparation and process, we will document and share original photos of the machine nameplate, packaging, fumigation, shipping marks, loading, and container stuffing. This provides full transparency and a traceable record from production to delivery. The machine will also come with our own custom user manual, electrical diagrams, and a product certificate, offering comprehensive guidance for operation, adjustment, and maintenance.
