Successful Delivery of High-Speed Condom Box Packaging Machine for Thai Client

Project Background

We customized a high-speed condom box packaging machine for a Thai client, with a packaging speed of 1,200 pieces per minute. 

The machine supports two boxing modes: 3 pieces/box and 5 pieces/box, ensuring a minimum output of 240 boxes per minute. 

Additionally, the client required an instruction leaflet (same size as the condom pouch) to be inserted into each box.

Solution

We recommended the GDC-320 model, equipped with 6 feeders:

• 5 feeders for condom dispensing

• 1 feeder for leaflet insertion

The machine features a PLC control system, allowing flexible configuration of 1-5 pieces per box to meet varying production needs.

Project Outcome

After 60 days of production and testing, the machine met all specifications and passed the final trial run. It is now ready for shipment.

Follow-Up Opportunity

Interestingly, as the project neared completion, we received an identical inquiry from an Indian client, which we are currently pursuing.
