Successful installation and running for condom sachet packing machine.

We successfully guided customer to install and operate the square condom sachet packing machine by one line video chatting step by step. At the beginning , customer is not confident to operate the machine by themselves, however, under the special situation of COVID-19, now we can't send technician abroad for installation. Fortunately we can teach and train customer by video chat from the beginning to the end . Even customer is not familiar at the beginning, but finally the machine is running well, which is the exciting moment for both of us.

The whole working process of the condom sachet packing machine include the following:

Packing foil installation---square or rectangle shape condom feeding onto the conveyor by hand--- lubrication silicon oil feeding from pump---fetching the condom into the middle of two layers of packing foil---sachet sealing--cutting and output. We also installed the ink jet printer on our packing machine for batch No and MFQ printing, this is optional for customer.
