During manufacturing of the oregano powder sachet cartoner, the customer delivered the samples of powder sachets and cartons to us for more accurate mold design. However, it was found that their cartons were pretty special, with one side being holed. During test, our engineer was troubled by the result that the carton cannot be sucked and opened due to the hole. He tried in all ways but they all proved to be of no use. In this case, the engineer asked us whether the customer would like to modify their carton design and hole the carton on the other side. At the beginning, the customer refused this suggestion. But they also conducted an experiment on the cartons’ feasibility. We also kept exchanging experience with the customer. And at the last, the new plan was accepted. Before the machine was out of factory, we received the second pack from this customer, in which there were thousands of unopened cartons. The machine was then tested and debugged with these cartons until it met all the requirements. Now the machine is warehoused in Shanghai and is ready for the shipment to USA.

Blister, bottle and sachet are always not the final package for products. For high quality, beautiful appearance and standard hygiene, it is prone to further pack these products in cartons. And similar to other packing machines, the automatic cartoner can be modified at its feeding device for its adaptation to different kinds of products.
