Recently, although many countries have been closed due to COVID-19, but the condom is still a hot product for all over the world. Our old customer in Thailand ,they ordered 2 news sets of cartoning machine, now they are ready to be shipped to Thailand.

In the above picture, the green part is actually the condom feeder of this machine. We can also find that some sachets have been arranged neatly in the four channels (actually five channels and the rightmost one is empty) and are to be cartoned in cartons (not shown in the picture).

Yes, it is a machine that will be used to pack condom sachets into cartons. As a high-tech machine, it is an integration of electrical, light, pneumatic and machinery. Therefore, except condom sachets feeding, this machine can automatically feed leaflet and cartons, open and seal cartons and print batch number...

Let’s turn back to the picture. Observe it carefully and we can find some grooves under the blue wires. That is actually a conveyor for material. In practical production, we can fill material in the channels according to the sachet piece we need to pack in each carton. For example, our clients want to carton four pieces of condoms in each carton, so the rightmost channel is empty without any sachets, but the other four channels stores many condom sachets. When it is turned on, the machine will feed one piece of sachet into a groove. As the conveyor moves forward once in the length of a groove, a piece of condom sachet will be fed. Therefore, grooves can be fed with four pieces of condoms when they arrives the right end of the material feeding device. Then these four pieces of condoms can be cartoned in the main machine.

However, the feeder shown in the above picture is specially used for condom. But we can also change the feeder in order to carton some other material, such as blisters, bottles, flow sachets, tubes and so on. We can also use this machine to carton some material of irregular shape. But in this case, we need to feed them manually.

On the other hand, the feeder in the first picture can feed 1-5 sachets in each circle. It’s applicable for clients whose cartons pack only 1-5 pieces of materials. But for those who want to carton more, like 12 pieces in each carton, the feeding device should also be changed.

All in all, as an advanced machine, by changing its feeding device, this machine can meet requirements of clients on different material type, specification, shape and quantity.
