Application:
This is a mini alu-alu or alu-pvc small DPP-80 blister packing machine for capsule tablet , also it is the capsule blister pack machine for candy and soft gelatin capsule. It is compact in size and low in cost, which is suitable for the lab and small scale pharmaceutical and supplement product production.
How to pack the capsule or tablet, candy into the mono dose blister automatically ?
The automatic tablet capsule blister packing machinery working process is as following:
Blister bubble forming-from PVC or PET film--capsule tablet candy auto feeding by brush type universal feeder-- sealing with alu foil---perforation line cutting as optional--batch No embossing--- cutting and final blister output
Product features
1. The newest type of transmission mechanism is adopted where the row chains lead the main drive shaft to avoid the errors and noises caused by other gear transmission mechanism.
2. The electrical appliances of this machine adopted imported control system. As per the customer’s requirements, it can be optionally equipped with feeding device for missed material, and detection & rejection device (Omron Sensor) for waste product (lack of material).
3. It adopts photoelectric control system and PVC/ PTP/Alu foil auto feeding device, and hard aluminum automatic feeding and waste packing auto-cutting device to ensure the stability of multi-stations at overlong distance.
4. Photoelectric detection and correction device and imported stepper traction motor. As with image-mark printing, the package grade can be optimized.
5. This machine is suitable for the blister packing in food, pharmaceutical, medical instrument, hardware and electronic industries.Here we will focus on introducing the package for capsule, tablet, candy etc.
