Export Case of Hunan Grand Packing Machinery NJP800 Capsule Filling Machine to Germany 

- Long-term Cooperation with German Packaging Machine Agent

This German client first partnered with us in 2019 as a packaging machine distributor. Their initial purchase was a tube filling and sealing machine, followed by subsequent orders including an NJP 400 capsule filling machine, NJP-1200 capsule filling machine, and DPP-150 capsule blister packing machine，etc. 

Their most recent order is for our fully automatic NJP-800 capsule filling machine.

Regarding the NJP800, it's worth noting that while its price point is very close to the NJP1200 model, the NJP 1200 offers approximately 50% higher production capacity. Although we recommended the NJP-1200, the agent's end-client still opted for the NJP800 - a decision that demonstrates the characteristic German precision in equipment selection.

Consistent with their previous orders, all machines are equipped with high-end components from Siemens and Omron. 

The standard configuration includes No. 0 capsules and dosing discs manufactured to the thickest specifications.

 The equipment only needs to meet powder filling requirements (though we can provide solutions for powder, granule, and liquid filling).

This order included two Becker vacuum pumps - one for the new NJP 800 and another as a replacement for their previously purchased NJP-400 machine.

   This order included:

• Sealing rings: Φ20 (5 pcs), Φ40 (5 pcs)

• Ejection pins: 5 pcs

• Locking pins: 5 pcs

• Tension spring: 1 pc

• Brushes: 20 pcs

As with all our shipments, we conducted comprehensive static quality inspections and dynamic trial runs, with particular attention to the polishing quality of the exterior surfaces.
