Good Reviews of Semi-automatic Capsule Filling Machine by Turkish Customers

On March 11 this year, a customer from Turkey purchased a semi-automatic capsule filling machine from us. Since it only needed to meet the production requirements for size 00 capsules, the delivery time was just 7 days.

The customer required the capsules to be filled very densely.

We all know that semi-automatic capsule filling machines cannot control powder filling weight as strictly as fully automatic machines. However, we can achieve this by compacting the powder with a compression plate and then performing a secondary filling. Therefore, we equipped the machine with a compression plate for the customer.

Typically, the capsule feeding on a semi-automatic capsule filling machine is controlled via a touchscreen, while the powder filling, capsule closing, and ejection steps are controlled by buttons and foot switches. After placing the order, the customer requested that all operations be completed through the touchscreen, eliminating the need for additional buttons or control switches. To meet this new requirement, our engineers quickly adapted the program and completed the modifications within the delivery timeframe.

Before shipment, we immediately filmed step-by-step operational videos covering the entire process: how to install the machine, connect water, electricity, and air supplies, how to use it, how to replace molds, how to operate the compression plate, how to disassemble and clean the capsule hopper, and how to dismantle and clean the filling mechanism. After shipment, we translated these videos into English, edited them into separate clips, and shared downloadable links with the customer via our dedicated server. We also advised the customer to watch these videos and read the manual, encouraging them to ask questions if they had any, so they could familiarize themselves with the machine in advance.

The customer cooperated very well. During the process of watching the videos and learning, we communicated frequently. I had a feeling that this customer would quickly master the operation of our new capsule filling machine. Sure enough, after receiving the machine, the customer was soon able to operate it with ease and gave us excellent feedback. Moreover, they immediately inquired about purchasing new equipment from us, such as a capsule counting machine.

I believe that creating a good product is not easy, but providing excellent customer service is even harder. We need to anticipate every possible challenge the customer might face and prepare solutions in advance. Of course, this perfect case would not have been possible without the customer’s active cooperation. Their willingness to learn and research contributed greatly to this successful outcome.
