A History of A Coffee Capsule Manufacturer

We have a customer who mainly produces coffee capsules.

He needs to produce coffee products similar to Dolce gusto and nespresso at the same time.

At the beginning, he only purchased a rotary coffee capsule filling machine with a capacity of about 3,000 capsules per hour, which was required to be able to accommodate both Dolce gusto and nespresso packaging.

A year later, he purchased a 4-chamber linear machine. The capacity reached 9,000 units per hour.

In the beginning, cartoning was done manually, and even with cartoning molds, the manual operation was very slow.

At the same time of purchasing the linear capsule machine, the customer also purchased a cartoning machine after our recommendation, because it is not convenient to realize automatic refilling when 10 coffee capsules are staggered into the carton. So he still uses manual feeding, but it is several times faster than manual cartoning.

Because of the pure taste of his coffee, he has a lot of repeat customers and his business is getting better and better.

So if he continued to use semi-automatic packaging, he wouldn't be able to catch up with his deliveries.

We designed such a fully automatic coffee capsule cartoning machine for him.

It does not need human intervention in the packaging process, and automatically completes the arrangement and packaging of capsules.

Just three months later, he ordered several capsule coffee filling and packaging machines from us, and also added a new equipment: cartoning machine.

The new equipment is currently in production and is expected to be delivered after the Spring Festival of 2025.
