Manual capsule fillers are usually made of plastic or plexiglass. A complete set of manual capsule plate includes: guide arrangement plate, capsule cap plate, intermediate plate, capsule body plate, powder pressing plate, and powder scraping plate.
This non-mechanical capsule filling tool can produce about 100-1000 capsules in 000~5# size in a production cycle, which is generally 3-8 minutes depending on the operator's proficiency.

The manual capsule filler is used for capsule filling during processing and producing self-made capsules, which is suitable for small pharmaceutical factories, health care products, hospital preparation rooms, clinics, cosmetics, animal drugs and other industries to produce small batch capsule preparations, and for filling hollow capsules in traditional Chinese medicine pharmacies, pharmacies, health care stores, scientific research institutions, laboratories, families, etc. It is also a standby alternative device for capsule automatic filling machine.
The capsule filling plate is made of plexiglass or plastic, which is easy to deform when heated, so do not sterilize it with boiling water. After rinsing with clean water or scrubbing with alcohol, it should be placed in a cool place (do not put it in the sunshine or blow it with a hair dryer). Put it upright for storage but not lay it flat, since it will deform when lay it not being flattened for a long time.
