What will happen if the dosing disk and filing rod block to each other on capsule filling machine?

Customer meets with this problem after producing at 33000 capsules. As per the provided video, we diagnosis this is because after customer uninstall the filling rod and dosing disk, they are not precisely matching each other when they are installed back. Therefore the dosing disk is blocked by the filling rod and the clutch get loose.

We guided customer to uninstall the filling rod, filling base and dosing disk and run the machine again, and finally customer found that the clutch get loose and fixed the problem.

The problem was solve in 30 minutes, we are happy to see customer is so professional.

05 seconds: 2 Install the metering disc gasket

20 seconds: 3 install the copper spacer

25 seconds: 4 Install the powder baffle

35 seconds: 5 installation metering discs

50 seconds: 6 Install the powder separator or the metering disc

1 minute 15 seconds: 6 Install the powder spacer

2 points and 5 less: 7 install the filling seat

3 minutes and 30 seconds: the position of the 9 filling rod is compared with the scale

3 minutes 55 seconds: 10 Install the filling rod and fix the screw

4 minutes and 30 seconds: 11 Install the filling material screw jacket

4 points and 50 less: 12 install the bag outlet (outlet)

5 minutes and 40 seconds: 13 Installation of upper and lower modules and calibration

6 minutes and 35 seconds: 13 install the remaining 11 modules in sequence

7 minutes and 10 seconds: 14 Install the lock bag device
