India - Automatic soft gelatin capsule production line

We are going to deliver three sets of machines to India this week, including automatic soft gelatin encapsulation production line, automatic hard capsule filling machine NJP400 and capsule polishing and sorting machine.

Hard capsule filling machine and capsule polishing and sorting machine are not unfamiliar to us. They are our hot products. They can cooperate with each other to produce high-quality hard capsules. The capsule filling machine to India is modeled NJP-400, which is of the smallest size among all capsule filling machine(except NJP200 capsule filler). Its production speed is surely lower than other machines while its performance can be as good as them.

 Soft capsule is another package form of capsules. Soft capsules are different from hard capsules mainly in that the soft capsule contents can be oily liquid, suspension or semi-solids while the hard capsule contents are mainly powder or pellets. Besides, capsule shell hardness can be another difference. But it should be noted that the shells of both hard capsules and soft capsules are made from gelatin. The hard capsule shells are premade and the hard capsule filling machine only fills powder or pellets in the capsules without making other change on the capsule shells. However, our soft capsule production line integrates functions of capsule shell production and oily content filling. It is equipped with a gelatin melting bucket. Before capsule production, the gelatin is melted in the bucket. And after hours of standing, the melting gelatin can be rolled to capsule shells on the main machine of this soft capsule production line. Besides, the machine is equipped with rotary drying cage to dry the filled capsules. The whole production flow chart can be learned in the following picture.

Both hard capsule and soft capsule are the main drug for medicine, they have their own advantage. After they are produced, both of them needs to be packed in the blister package or the bottle. This is about package, we will talk about this later.

This machine has over ten stations, including the above-mentions gelatin melting bucket, rotary drying cage, liquid content feeding pump, shell roller, capsule ejector and so on. Its production control is thus pretty complex. Therefore, we provide them not only with user’s manual, but also with detailed instruction videos to introduce each station on their functions, operation and performance and to make the users operate and maintain this machine more conveniently.
