And the rest seven machines, namely, automatic capsule filling machine, capsule polishing and sorting machine, dust collector, blister packing machine, cartoning machine and industrial chiller can form a capsule production line for high speed and efficiency.

At first, capsule filling machine fills medical powder or pellets into empty capsules. With a high-accuracy dosing disk, this machine can measure and fill material precisely. Next, the filled capsules are polished and sorted by the capsule polishing and sorting machine so that their surface becomes smooth and clean and the unqualified capsules are rejected. During this step, dust collector, as an auxiliary but necessary equipment, can work to collect powder and protect the environment of the workshop from flying dust. Afterwards, blister packing machine, as a downstream machine, packs qualified capsules in blisters. Normal blisters adopt PVC as bottom material while alu foil as lidding material. They are also the first choice for capsule holding since they can be well sealed to protect capsules from moisture and air. And for capsules sensitive to light, Alu-Alu blisters are applicable. An Alu-Alu blister packing machine can work for this purpose by changing parts of it. But for this blister packing machine to Tunisia, our customer selects PVC-Alu blister packing machine. After blister packaging, cartoning machine follows to carton blisters. Required by the customer, this cartoning machine can carton 2 pieces of blisters or 6 in a carton by changing the moulds necessary. We also specially shot videos to introduce adjustment and debugging to the leaflet folding station, carton opening station and blister feeding station in detail because it’s the first time for the customer to buy and use cartoning machine and they don’t know how to debug, adjust and operate the machine.

By linking these machines in a line, no intermediate transfer of material is needed so as to avoid cross contamination, improve production efficiency and enlarge output.
