Vacuum pump is a very import device to generate vacuum for capsule filling machine, we have 3 types of vacuum pump, here we summarize their different features and suggest when we choose the vacuum pump for capsule filling machine.
1.The oil pump
The oil vacuum pump
The oil pump, the most common type of vacuum pump the foreign customer will choose based on our experience of exporting almost 200 sets of capsule filling machine abroad. Most of the foreign customer prefers the oil type vacuum pump. It only needs to add some oil as per the oil meter,( in the picture where the red points shows) it will remind us if we need to add oil or not. Around half of the meter of oil is enough , not too much or too less. Each time around 1.5L is enough.
And the key point is that , we need to clean the oil type pump cloth bag on time, in case the fine powder enters into the pump and the bag is blocked, and then the vacuum force is not enough. If we clean it on time, then the performance is very good, and it won’t be broken or influence the vacuum power as you are told by other company.
Most of the customer abroad prefer to choose oil type pump.

2.Water type vacuum pump
The water type vacuum pump and its water tank
The water tank, the main feature is that we need to change the water in the water tank every day. If we run the machine continuously, then we better choose the water type , because we only need to change the water, no need to stop the machine, but the oil type pump, we need to stop the machine and clean the bag cloth .
3.Dry vacuum pump
The main advantage of the dry vacuum pump is low noise and no need to add oil or water.
But there is a filter inside, we need to take it out and shake off the powder , normally we need to do this at around 72 hours production. However , we also need to stop the machine and do this cleaning work for the filter.
