The semi-automatic capsule filling machine can also be called a multi-mold capsule filler, which is a combination of manual filler and mechanical power.
The switching between each process of the semi-automatic capsule filling machine is done by hand. It contains the following workflow:
The hard capsules in the hopper moves up and down with the capsule inserting plate, to enter the capsule sowing plate sequentially one by one and make the capsule stand upright, then turn around the capsule through the capsule inserting groove and fork. As a result, the capsule cap (upper) and body (lower) are fed into the mold hole of capsule sowing plate; which is separated by the negative air pressure below the lower die, so the cap is left in the upper die, and body in the lower die.
Transfer the separated capsule sowing lower die to the filling station, press 2 filling buttons of filling at the same time, the feeding port rotates to the die top, then the turbine rotates to fill the powder into the capsule body.
After combining the upper and lower dies, placing them on the thimble tray, and pressing the two locking buttons at the same time, the machine will automatically complete the locking and discharge according to the set program.

Normally, the capacity of semi-automatic capsule filling machine is about 15000-25000 capsules per hour. A skilled operator can get the most out of the machine.
