Four Years, One Partnership: From Packaging Lines to Cartoning Machines

In 2022, we started small with a condom manufacturer.
They gave us one single-lane condom packaging machine to try. Just one machine, just a trial.

We focused on getting it right.
Installation. Commissioning. On-site support. Ongoing maintenance.

After that, the customer came back — not just once, but several times.
They asked for a double-lane machine, then a triple-lane, then a strip-pack model. One by one, the machines were installed and integrated into their production floor. Each time, we delivered stable performance, on-time shipping, and responsive after-sales service.

We didn’t just sell machines. We helped them expand capacity and improve efficiency step by step.
And they kept giving us more critical orders.

Now, four years later, the customer has entrusted us with their core cartoning process — the GDC-130 automatic cartoning machine. This unit is bound for Thailand, for the same customer’s export line.

The GDC-130 is equipped with:

A dedicated folding unit for leaflets sized 18 cm × 12 cm
6 adjustable feeders to handle bags of 60–80 mm width and 100–130 mm length
Capacity to pack 12-piece and 24-piece boxes at 50–80 boxes per minute
Core electrical and pneumatic components from internationally recognized brands, ensuring reliability and compliance for export
