Description
Automatic small blister cartoning machine is a newly developed and innovated model of our company on the basis of advanced technologies at home and abroad. It is a high-tech machine of light, electricity, gas and machinery. Therefore, the machine performance and operation efficiency can be improved to meet requirements of quick packing and to keep stable and reliable during high-speed operation.
Application
This automatic blister cartoner is designed to box pack the medicine blister with hard capsule, soft gelatin capsule or tablet. It is especially suitable for the small box sizes. The blister plate quantity can be adjusted on the touch screen , also the box sizes can be changed in a certain scope.
The working process is as following
Blister plate auto feeding--leaflet folding and feeding-automatic box sucking and opening--blister and leaflet pushing into the box-- batch No embossing if needed(or ink jet printing as optional) --box tuck in closing or glue sealing--final product output.
Features
1. The machine applies PLC for automatic control and frequency control of motor speed. Besides, electrical components are all produced by international famous brands.
2. HMI is applied.
3. The machine stops when overloaded.
4. The machine can exclude cartons without material or instructions automatically.
5. The machine can display errors, alarm and count for end products.
6. The machine has stable performance and can be operated easily and conveniently.
