Automatic Line for Nutritional Supplements Powder Sachet Packing And Multi-bag Cartoner Export To Italy

This is a vertical 5-lane sachet packaging machine and multi-sachet cartoner production line recently exported to Europe by Hunan Grand Packing Machinery.

I. Technical points of 5-lane sachet packaging machine:

1. The packaged product is maltodextrin powder, using screw feeding. The screw is designed according to the characteristics of maltodextrin material, with reference to the screw photos provided by the customer. The screw pitch is 20mm.

2. Bag shape - back-sealed strip bag, size 50*100cm, filling volume 15-20 grams per bag.

3. Customized special design of heat sealing form (back of bag, both ends of bag), and personalized design of edge cutting and easy-tear notch.

4. The material in contact with powder is 316L, and aluminum alloy has undergone oxidation treatment.

5. The machine adds a temperature module to set and control temperature in the touch screen.

6. The metering screw parameters can be set in the following ways:

• Rotation speed (rpm)

• Rotation speed (rpm)

• Reverse rotation speed (rpm)

II. Technical points of multi-sachet cartoning machine:

1. 5/10/15 sachets per carton

2. Cartoning dimensions: 15 sachets - 110x140x65mm
   10 sachets - 110x130x62mm
   5 sachets - 110x60x65mm

3. Instruction manual pre-folding, size 125x55mm, clamping sachets into carton

4. At the sachet feeding station, when the number of waiting sachets reaches the specified quantity, the pushing station starts working, pushing the counted sachets into the cartoning machine main unit's compartments, then the machine sucks carton, opens carton, and pushes materials into carton

5. Alarm when cartons are used up, machine stops. After putting cartons into carton storage, manual operation starts work instead of automatic start.
