Case Study – Acceptance of a Single-Dose Tube Filling and Sealing Machine for Export to the U.S.

Recently, we completed the acceptance process for a Monodose tube filling and sealing machine (feed the tube by hand) bound for the U.S. 

The model GD-005 was custom-built for the client, designed to fill thin liquids like water or lightweight emulsions.

Key Features

• Core Configuration: Equipped with a 5-head valveless ceramic pump for precise and stable filling.

• Mold Sets: Includes three molds (1ml, 4ml, 5ml), with the 5ml mold tailored to the customer’s sample dimensions.

• Safety Design: Features acrylic glass doors covering the top, with a shutdown function upon opening.

• Power Supply: 220V single-phase 50Hz, meeting U.S. requirements.

Inspection Highlights

During acceptance, we focused on:

1. Visual Check: No scratches or dents on surfaces; smooth edges on sheet metal; no dirt in hidden areas.

2. Configuration: Electrical and mechanical parts matched the order; voltage standards were correct; accessories (manual, certificates, spare parts list) were complete.

3. Performance Test: Dry-run operation was smooth; filling accuracy and output met specs; no loose screws.

4. Safety: Emergency stop button functional; no exposed wires; grounding insulation resistance >2MΩ; CE-compliant.

   
   

Result

All items passed (√), signed off by customer liaison Rita and inspector Aza. The verdict: "Approved." The machine, labeled with serial number HNDG20250613, is ready for shipment.

Fun Note: The client initially worried about mold sizing, but the 5ml test matched their sample perfectly—earning a thumbs-up on the spot!
