In August of this year, we successfully delivered a fully automatic liquid vial forming filling, sealing , and horizontal flowpack packaging line to a client in Russia. This integrated line is apply for monodose pesticide products. It includes bottle unscrambling, filling, capping, vertical packaging (bag making and sealing), and labeling functions, achieving an efficient and stable output of 6000 vials per hour.

During a recent follow-up, the customer confirmed that the entire line has been installed, commissioned, and is now operating smoothly. Initially running at a reduced speed to facilitate operator training, the staff have now become proficient in both operating and maintaining the equipment.
