India-GDS-118P5 Liquid Filling And Sealing Machine

Recently, we are manufacturing two GGS-118P5 liquid form fill seal packing machines sold to one of our old Indian customers, who has purchased the fourth and fifth machine since the year of 2023. The machine features good performance, simple operation and convenient maintenance, so the customer purchased again and again for expanding production for their perfume products.

The plastic bottle filling and sealing machine also becomes a hot and popular choice widely selected by more and more our customers for liquid packaging, such as pesticide, cosmetic (perfume, essential oil, lotion, cream), food (honey, jam, olive oil), chemical, etc.

This Indian customer purchased the two liquid vial forming filling machines for packing perfume. Considering the easy-to-leak feature of this liquid, we equip this machine with a set of 5-head peristaltic pump for the liquid filler and sealing machine. Actually, we can also equip the machine with piston pump, ceramic pump, self-flowing pump and more depending on the product fluidity and viscosity or other special properties.

According to the Indian customer’s product design draft, we design and manufacture the corresponding forming mold, sealing mold, etc. to meet the production requirements. Moreover, the blister should be sealed with dialysismembrane for containing perfume, whichmakesthe perfume can be gave out slowly.  Therefore, the perfume product is suitable for washroom, vehicle, living room, office, hotel, hospital, etc. to improve the environment comfortability.

Refer to the dialysis membrane for packing perfume blister, there are some advantages listed as below:

(1) Sustained-release: The dialysis membrane releases the fragranceslowly and stably, which can be lasting for a long time, and avoid the fragrance being too strong in the early stage or too light in the later stage; to prolong the perfume storage time.

(2) Protect the ingredients: With anti-volatilization and anti-pollution, the dialysis membrane blister package can prolong the perfume storage time and keep the perfume pure.

(3) Portable and economical: The blister package is compact and lightweight, which is usually for a single use, convenient and hygienic, avoid waste by precisely controlling the amount used.

In a word, dialysis membrane packaging perfumes adopt the principles of molecular diffusion, selective permeation and controlled release, combined with environmental factors and packaging design, to achieve long-lasting release, ingredient protection and convenient use.

The product logo can be engraved on the plastic surface where also can be stuck a label. It means we can connect our ampoule vial bottle thermoforming filling and sealing machine with the labeling machine to be an automatic production line. Some pharmaceutical factories also choose to connect with the cartoning machine to pack several layers of blisters/ampoules (5/6/7 pieces in a strip) into the box.
