Brief introduction:The control system adopts Yonghong PLC and dimensional control touch screen as the main control, delta inverter for the host as the machine drive and encoder for 360 degrees, the automation of the electronic cam system to replace the original mechanical cam, thereby reducing the mechanical friction, each cam action is precise, but also according to customer demand for the adjustment of electronic cam starting angle, temperature control the adoption of automatic temperature control module, through internal PID calculation and control the temperature more precise, temperature can be in touch screen to set or display, so as to realize the automatic control system.

Precautions in Installation

1. The footing should be padded with uniform rubber plate.

2. Need to arrange professional staff to operate and maintain the machine.     

3. It must connect to the ground wire at the specific location signed by the landmark label.

4. All the moving parts of this machine must be oiled before working.

5. It’s suggested to use oilless air compressor for this machine.

6. Please not use over-pressure in forming, tail sealing and impressing process, or the life of the machine will be shortened.
